All classes are suitable for beginners, with clear guidance, supportive variations, and props to help you practise in a way that feels right for you.

In-person class timetable
Your first group yoga or chair yoga class is FREE, so you can experience the class with no pressure or commitment. This does not apply to the monthly deep rest sessions.
