Try my gentle in-person small group classes for women in Pinner, Harrow, and Eastcote, or choose private one-to-one sessions if you prefer individual guidance or a more personalised starting point.

You can choose between gentle yoga classes, chair yoga, or a monthly Deep Rest session, depending on your comfort, mobility, and what you feel you need most.

All classes are suitable for beginners, with clear guidance, supportive variations, and props to help you practise in a way that feels right for you.

Each option offers a slightly different way to support your body and mind — whether through gentle movement, accessible seated practice, or a more still, rest-focused session

Gentle, mat-based classes to ease tension and improve strength, flexibility, and balance.

A supportive, accessible option using a chair - ideal for limited mobility or recovery.

A monthly, mostly still practice focused on rest, gentle release, breath, and guided relaxation.

One-to-one or group sessions tailored to your individual needs, preferences and pace.

In-person class timetable

Your first group yoga or chair yoga class is FREE, so you can experience the class with no pressure or commitment. This does not apply to the monthly deep rest sessions.
