My yoga classes are gentle, supportive, and welcoming - especially if you're new to yoga, returning after a break, or looking for a calmer, more nourishing practice.
Classes focus on:

Slow, mindful movement

Breathing to support the nervous system

Improving mobility, strength, and balance gently over time

Creating a safe, friendly space where you can move at your own pace

These classes are particularly suited to women who may be experiencing stress, anxiety, fatigue, stiffness or tightness, perimenopause or menopause symptoms, spend a lot of time sitting or simply want a softer approach to yoga.
You don't need to be flexible or experienced - just willing to show up as you are.
Your first class is FREE, so you can experience the class with no pressure or commitment.

Are you new to yoga?

Starting something new can feel daunting, but you are warmly welcome here.
All classes are mixed ability and suitable for beginners. You do not need to be flexible or experienced. Everything is clearly explained, with options and variations so you can practise at your own pace.
Many women join feeling stiff, tired or unsure, and gradually begin to feel stronger, calmer, and more at ease.
Regular practice can support both physical and emotional wellbeing, helping you reconnect with your body and yourself.

Yoga is most beneficial when practised regularly, but I understand that everyone's schedule and energy levels are different. You're therefore welcome to choose the option that suits you best.
Monthly Membership £45

Ideal if you'd like a steady weekly practice and a familiar, supportive group. Includes one yoga class per week, best value per class, and access to my online yoga class video library .
Most regular students choose membership as it helps them keep a steady weekly rhythm.
10-Class Pass - £125
Valid for 12 weeks. A flexible option if you can't attend the same class every week but still plan to come regularly.
Pay As You Go - £15 per class
