Yoga for Women with Monika

Harrow, Pinner, Rayners Lane

Gentle, supportive yoga for your body and mind

My yoga classes are gentle, supportive, and welcoming - especially if you're new to yoga, returning after a break, or looking for a calmer, more nourishing practice

Classes focus on:

  • Slow, mindful movement

  • Breathing to support the nervous system

  • Improving mobility, strength, and balance gently over time

  • Creating a safe, friendly space where you can move at your own pace

These classes are particularly suited to women who may be experiencing stress, anxiety, fatigue, stiffness or tightness, perimenopause or menopause symptoms, spend a lot of time sitting or simply want a softer approach to yoga.

You don't need to be flexible or experienced - just willing to show up as you are.

All classes are mixed ability and suitable for beginners. You do not need to be flexible or experienced. Everything is clearly explained, with options and variations so you can practise at your own pace.

Many women join feeling stiff, tired or unsure, and gradually begin to feel stronger, calmer, and more at ease.

Regular practice can support both physical and emotional wellbeing, helping you reconnect with your body and yourself.

How my classes have helped other women

I have neck and shoulder problems and also tennis elbow so I was looking for a yoga class that was gentle yet impactful. After the first lesson with Monika I knew I had found the right class. Monika is a very adept yoga teacher with an emphasis on mindfulness. I always come away from her class feeling energised and calm.
