I offer gentle yoga, chair yoga for women, and nurturing sound baths that invite you to slow down, notice your body, and create space to pause.

My classes are especially supportive for beginners, those with limited mobility, recovering from illness or injury, or anyone feeling tense, overwhelmed, or disconnected from their body.

You'll be guided in a calm, small group, nurturing environment, where you can move at your own pace and simply notice how your body and mind respond.

Hi, I'm Monika, a yoga teacher and sound bath practitioner in Harrow. I specialise in gentle, supportive yoga for women and sound baths for those wanting to pause, find calm, and reconnect with themselves.

My classes provide a safe, welcoming space where you can move, breathe, and notice how your body and mind respond — all at your own pace and without pressure.
