What is a sound bath?
Sound baths are a form of meditation that use instruments such as gongs, crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments to create soothing sounds and vibrations.
You are invited to settle in and simply experience the sounds in your own way. Each person’s experience is unique, and there is no right or wrong way to respond.
The session creates a calm and immersive environment where you can pause, rest, and enjoy the sounds.
After the sound bath, you are warmly invited to explore and play the instruments — an opportunity to learn more about how they are used.
Contraindications
Sound bath sessions use instruments that create sound and vibration. While the experience is gentle and non-invasive, it may not be suitable for everyone.
