Gentle Yoga in Pinner

with Monika

Movement, breath and awareness

Build strength, improve flexibility and discover the deeper benefits of yoga through gentle, supportive practice.

A Gentle Approach to Yoga

My Gentle Yoga classes offer a combination of mindful movement, breathing practices, meditation and traditional yoga teachings.

We practise postures that help build strength, improve flexibility, maintain mobility and support balance, while also exploring how the breath, mind and body work together.

Each class is gentle and suitable for beginners, with clear guidance, different options and props to help you adapt the practice to your own body and abilities.

Beyond the physical benefits, I encourage you to become more aware of your body, thoughts and feelings, introducing simple practices that you may find helpful in everyday life.
