Your use of this website is subject to the Terms Of Use as set out below. By accessing and using this website you agree that you have read, understood and accept these Terms Of Use.
Group Class and Event Bookings, Purchases, Cancellations and Returns Policy
All group bookings and purchases from Monika Gago are non-refundable and non-transferable except in circumstances where a class or an event has to be cancelled by Monika Gago or the physical goods purchased are defective. If you book a group class using the 5 or 10 class pass, you can reschedule it or cancel up to 24 hours before the class. starts
Private 1-2-1 Class and Event Bookings Cancellations Policy
At least 24 hours notice must be given in order to cancel or re-schedule a private 1-2-1 class or event booked with Monika Gago. Failure to do so will result in 100% of the applicable fee being charged. Monika Gago reserves the right to cancel the class or event in case of illness or other emergency and will issue a full refund if this occurs.
Private Group Class and Event Bookings Cancellations Policy
At least 14 days notice must be given in order to cancel or re-schedule a private group class or event booked with Monika Gago. Failure to do so will result in 100% of the applicable fee being charged. Monika Gago reserves the right to cancel the class or event in case of illness or other emergency and will issue a full refund if this occurs.
Delivery
Gift vouchers and gift cards are delivered electronically. After you complete your purchase, you can download the voucher or gift card purchased instantly. You'll also be emailed a link to the download. Physical goods can be collected by arrangement from Harrow HA2 0AR, full address will be issued upon agreement of date and time for the collection to take place, or delivered free to one of the halls in which Monika Gago classes take place. Alternatively, the goods can be posted within the UK for an additional fee stated in the product listing. For delivery outside of the UK, please contact me for pricing.
Usage Policy
The information provided on this site is for informative educational purposes only. Participate at your own risk. Make sure you perform any practice in a well-lit area, with enough free space around you and on a non-slippery surface. Wear comfortable clothing so you can move freely.
If you feel dizzy, lightheaded, faint or if you experience any other discomforts, stop the activity immediately and consult a medical doctor. You are responsible for your condition during your workout. Exercise within your limits. Never force or strain. Seek attention and advice as appropriate.
You should avoid alcohol and drugs before your practice. Also no heavy meals for two hours before your practice. Keep yourself hydrated before during and after your yoga practice.
We do not recommend that you attempt any of these poses or yoga practices without suitable experience. We offer no medical advice and you should consult a medical practitioner before attempting any exercise and particularly yoga, to ensure that you do not injure yourself. This is particularly important if you are overweight, pregnant, nursing, regularly taking medications, or have any existing medical conditions. This site may not be tailored to match your physical and mental health. We accept no liability whatsoever for any damages arising from the use of this website.

Accessing website videos for any purpose or in any manner other than Streaming is expressly prohibited. We retain two types of information:
Personal Data This is data that identifies you or can be used to identify or contact you and may include your name, company name, address, email address, user IP addresses in circumstances where they have not been deleted, clipped or anonymised and telephone number. Such information is only collected from you if you voluntarily submit it to us.
Where relevant to the services we provide, we may also collect health and wellbeing information, including information relating to injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, mobility limitations, emergency contact details and other information necessary to assess suitability for yoga, chair yoga, sound bath, wellness and related activities. This information is collected only where required for health, safety and service delivery purposes.
Non-Personal Data Like most websites, we gather statistical and other analytical information collected on an aggregate basis of all visitors to our web site. This non-personal data comprises information that cannot be used to identify or contact you, such as demographic information regarding, for example, user IP addresses where they have been clipped or anonymised, browser types and other anonymous statistical data involving the use of our website.

We do not sell, trade, rent or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We may share personal information with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our business, including website and booking providers, payment processors, email marketing providers and cloud-based storage providers. These may include Wix, Stripe and EmailOctopus. Such providers only process personal information on our behalf and in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
We may provide aggregated, anonymous statistical information to third parties where individuals cannot be identified.

5. Security - Your personal information is held in accordance with industry good practice. We do not store credit card details, card numbers, expiry dates or security codes on our systems. Payments are processed by trusted third-party payment providers such as Stripe.
Personal information may be stored electronically using secure third-party systems used to manage bookings, registrations, communications and payments. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information from unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure.
6. Users under 18 - MonikaGago.co.uk content is not directed at users under 18 years of age. When you provide information about yourself as a user, you are thus representing yourself as 18 years of age or older. Our policy is that we do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information about visitors under 18 years of age. However if we do become aware of having collected personally identifiable information from a user under 18 without consent of a parent or legal guardian, we will remove such information from our servers.

Accessing, Updating, Verifying and Deleting Personal Data - You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion of information in certain circumstances, object to processing or withdraw consent for marketing communications.

We will respond to requests without undue delay and normally within one month of receipt.

Health and registration information may be retained for a reasonable period following participation in our services. Marketing preferences and mailing list subscriptions will be retained until consent is withdrawn or the individual unsubscribes.
Where information is no longer required, it will be securely deleted or anonymised.
