Chair Yoga for Women with Monika
Harrow, Pinner, Eastcote
Gentle, supportive yoga using a chair
Chair Yoga offers a gentle, supportive way to improve mobility, strength, and wellbeing, using a chair for stability and comfort.
It is especially suitable if you feel stiff, have reduced mobility, are recovering from injury, managing a health condition, or simply prefer a slower, more accessible approach to yoga.
You do not need to be flexible or have any previous experience. Everything is clearly guided, and you are encouraged to move at your own pace and rest whenever needed.
Many women join feeling unsure at first and gradually begin to feel more mobile, confident, and at ease in their bodies.
Your first class is FREE, so you can experience the class with no pressure or commitment.
