I know trying something new can feel daunting — but you won’t be doing it alone. These weekly yoga classes are designed especially for women who are new to the practice or returning after a break.
I’ll be by your side every step of the way, offering clear guidance, encouragement, and a welcoming space to explore at your own pace.
