I know trying something new can feel daunting — but you won’t be doing it alone. I’ll be by your side every step of the way, offering clear guidance, encouragement, and a welcoming space to explore at your own pace.

All my classes don't require a specific experience, fitness, mobility or ability level. Everything is shown and explained, variations and progressions are offered, props are provided, and the pace is slow.  ​​

You can come and try your first class for FREE to see if you enjoy my style of teaching, and then attend on a pay as you go basis or enjoy the savings of a monthly block bookings.

What to bring

  • Your own props if you want to use them
