Service Description

A slower, nurturing weekly yoga practice to help you unwind, release tension and settle both body and mind. The class includes gentle movement, longer-held stretches, breath and relaxation, with more time to pause, soften and release. Suitable for beginners, with everything clearly guided and options offered throughout. Props are used to support your body and adapt movements to your individual needs and preferences. On the first Thursday of each month at 7:20pm, this time slot becomes a separate Deep Rest for Women class, which must be booked separately. This is a mostly still, floor-based practice using supported positions, gentle breathing and guided relaxation to help you rest more deeply. Free first class for new customers – use code ‘YOGA’ at checkout. After your first class, you can choose to continue with pay-as-you-go or a class pass for better value.

Cancellation Policy

Please note the following cancellation policies that depend on your booking type: - Pay-as-you-go yoga class bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable - Chair yoga monthly class pass will allow you to attend all the classes in the specific month providing a discount on the cost of the classes. The class pass is non-transferable and non-refundable. - Five and ten class passes allow you to book and attend a set number of yoga classes of your choice within the number of weeks specific to the class pass you have purchased. It provides a discount and offers flexibility in attending classes. They are non-transferable and non-refundable but allow you to re-schedule or cancel a booked class up to 24 hours before it is due to start.
