Deep Rest for Women
A deeply calming, supported monthly session to rest, restore and unwind
Service Description
A 70-minute gentle, floor-based monthly session offering women a space to slow down, soften and rest. You’ll explore a few simple, supported positions to gently release tension and open the body, helping it settle and unwind. The session is mostly still, using bolsters, cushions and blankets, with guided breathing and relaxation. Soft lighting and calm music create a quiet, nurturing space. Especially supportive if you’re feeling overwhelmed, tired or finding it hard to switch off. There’s nothing to achieve here — you’re invited to come as you are, soften and take some time for yourself. Suitable for beginners, with everything clearly guided and all props provided. Please bring a yoga mat, and an optional blanket and cushion or pillow. Held on the first Thursday of each month at 7:20pm. Please note the code ‘YOGA’ for a free first class does not apply to the monthly Deep Rest for Women sessions. You can choose what works best for you: pay-as-you-go or a class pass, if you also attend weekly classes.

Cancellation Policy
Please note the following cancellation policies that depend on your booking type: - Pay-as-you-go yoga class bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable - Chair yoga monthly class pass will allow you to attend all the classes in the specific month providing a discount on the cost of the classes. The class pass is non-transferable and non-refundable. - Five and ten class passes allow you to book and attend a set number of yoga classes of your choice within the number of weeks specific to the class pass you have purchased. It provides a discount and offers flexibility in attending classes. They are non-transferable and non-refundable but allow you to re-schedule or cancel a booked class up to 24 hours before it is due to start.
